    The Beavers picked up 3 players from Arroyo Grande HS, San Luis Obispo county, California.

    QB Brent VanderVeen, 6'5" 220, (National ranking #48, National rating 3 star).
    OT/DT Garrett Weinreich 6'6 300, (National ranking #90, National rating 3 star)
    K/P/WR Garrett Owens 5'8" 155 (National rating 2 star)

    I kinda did a double take on this one--Kicker/wide receiver? You don't see those two paired too often. Looks like the kid's got a really good leg, and according to his Sailer kicking profile, he's got a 4.4 GPA.

    When was the last time a Pac-10/12 had three football players from the same HS all in the same recruiting class?

    What's also impressive about Garrett Owens that he must have the skills to be a Division 1 prospect from that kicker website. I guess by rivals, he's unseen and isn't scouted much.
