The Triple-A Phillies improved to 7-4 on Friday with a 4-3 win over the Triple-A Blue Jays in Clearwater, Fla.

The offense made the most of its seven hits (all singles), stretching them out for four runs. No player had more than one hit. The first three batters in the order -- CF Rich Thompson (1-3), LF Michael Spidale (1-4) and DH Jeff Larish (1-3) - collected RBIs.

RHP Eddie Bonine got the start, allowing two runs on six hits in 4.2 IP. Bonine, who also added a pair of strikeouts, was followed by LHP Derrick Loop (2 ip, h, r, er, bb, 4 k), RHP Phillippe Aumont (2 ip, h, k) and RHP Justin De Fratus (ip, bb, k).

The team will next play the Triple-A Blue Jays again today at Englebert Complex in Dunedin.
