    In before Trump says it:

"I don't know Dana Rohrabacher. I 've never met him. I hear he is a good guy though." (Cue picture of them together)

"I never offered Julian Assange a pardon, though I could if I wanted to".....then, "Ok I did offer him a pardon, but who cares, I can do whatever I want, I am the chief law enforcer in chief."

    So pathetic.

The article says Trump never offered Assange a pardon, never spoke to anyone anywhere at anytime about offering a pardon to Assange, and most certainly never gave California representative Rohrabacker permission to speak for him or his administration with Assange's lawyers at anytime for any reason.

D.R. is a Republican Deep State anti-Trumper puppet trying desperately to get reelected in the bluest state in America.

California is not the bluest state in America. That honor should probably go to massachusetts. Second would not be California, either. Second is probably Hawaii.

    This from wikipedia
"Following the election of Donald Trump in 2016, Rohrabacher was on the shortlist for Secretary of State along with Mitt Romney and eventual pick Rex Tillerson."

He has even expressed strong pro-Russia and pro-Putin opinions.

He may be pro-Russia, he's certainly similar to Mitt Romney in lack of morality, and apparently as stupid as Tillerson.

He committed a crime similar to the one Blagojevich just served 8 years for, trying to sell influence in our government for personal and political gain.
