Total disrespect to Rashad Evans in my opinion. I realize Evans has lost three straight, including a very lackluster defeat to Kelly, but dude is the only person on this card who has any sort of name value. Rashad should be on the poster somewhere.

I didn't watch this event with great focus but I did manage to see most of some of the fights. The prelims featured 5/6 first round finishes which is reportedly the shortest prelim show of all time. If not for their television schedule this event could've been done an hour ago. I thought Perez vs. Soukhamthath was a really good fight. Both guys put in a shift. Perez was behind early on but rallied in the second and third rounds. These are the kind of fights that goons enjoy according to Ty Woodley. Alvey/Evans was awful. Alvey's fucking facials and Evans being a shade of a shadow of his former self. My attention drifted somewhere in the first round. The fans turned on both of them and Alvey was upset afterward not to have a chance to address them in Spanish. This is Evans' last UFC fight, I reckon. Not a great way to go out. One of my favourite MMA memories is seeing him on the eve of UFC 92 in Vegas strutting around the MGM casino floor in a fire engine red track suit. You could tell he was going to be champion the next day. His confidence was obvious. Feels like a lifetime ago for him. Two good KO's followed with Bandenay throwing a high kick and his knee landing flush on Bravo and Price's right hand counter to head kick combo that put Alan Jouban on queer street. I guess some people are upset with Price for hotdogging. Alexa Grasso and Randa Markos brought the house down in the co-main. Very competitive fight. Probably one of the best SW fights so far. Grasso's still very young and will need more wins before she is in contention but this was a great performance. Edge to Grasso in this one for me but I can see the argument the other way. Markos did well. I didn't really watch the main event, it was on in the background and I only caught glimpses of it. Can't really comment on it except to say that these guys are both very young and will go on to better things. Pettis is the next FLW contender behind Borg now. I don't see him beating DJ but maybe the second time around will be different in a few years.
Apparently Sam Alvey is seriously calling out Vitor Belfort. Weak sauce is all I can think of the call out.
While Souk was show boating for the entire first round and part of the second, pointing out every time he punched Perez, I kept wanting Perez to land a game changer. I was happy to see Perez pull out the win.
