Feel bad for Rua and Tex but in 2018 these guys should be either losing fights or not fighting at all. Struve is living proof that physical talents only matter when combined with good coaching. His whole career has been wasted. Either that or he is dumb as bricks.
I really hope Shogun hangs them up. He was KO'd standing...dude is only 36...Hendo and Randy at 48 look better than him. His knee injuries have wrecked his career. He has nothing left to fight for...save the brain, hang them up as one of the all time greats at LHW. Glover, too..dude was fun in his prime but unfortunately never ran into a champ he could beat. Fun career, great fights...hang them up.
Fight Night's are hard to watch. They feel stretched out. I don't have three plus hours (that's just the main card) of attention span for MMA unless it is high stakes. ESPN may be able to do a better job of delivering the fights faster but I'm not getting my hopes up.
It's even worse when every fight you watch is a decision. I don't usually consider myself a blood sport guy, I like some smart fighting, but 10 decisions is a bit much.
