Very curious to see how Shahbazyan rebounds from the ass whooping Brunson put on him. Hermansson is no fucking slouch on the ground so if he can't keep it standing he's fucked. Dude has potential... And I think Font is going to KO Cody. Don't care about any other fight.
Watching this tribute to the solidly average Paul Felder makes me wonder why the UFC doesn't celebrate its legends more? I mean obviously the UFC like the WWE have stressed the brand over the athletes but I dunno, does it seem like these guys like Fabricio Werdum and Anderson Silva who just left got the sendoff they deserved?

https://www.mmafighting.com/2021/8/...ated-of-anti-doping-violation-at-ufc-vegas-27 NAC follows USADA, Rob Font exonerated of anti-doping violation at UFC Vegas 27 The Nevada Athletic Commission on Thursday exonerated Rob Font of an anti-doping violation, following the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency’s findings that a positive test stemming from his fight against Cody Garbrandt at UFC Vegas 27 was caused by a non-prohibited substance. After hearing testimony from Font and UFC Senior VP of Athlete Health and Performance Jeff Novitzky, the commission agreed with USADA’s ruling this past month that Font did not intend to cheat and received no performance-enhancing benefit from the substance, chlorphenesin, a cosmetic preservative found in lotion, hair products and sunscreen, reported MMA Junkie. Font will be subject to random drug testing for the next six months, MMA Fighting confirmed. USADA found that chlorphenesin can metabolize into 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid, a metabolite of meclofenoxate that’s prohibited. The NAC said it may raise the threshold for an adverse finding of 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid to 3,000 ng/ml from 1,000 ng/ml. Font, ranked No. 3 in the UFC’s bantamweight division, beat ex-champ Garbrandt via unanimous decision to pick up his biggest win to date. With his exoneration, the commission will not overturn the result of the fight. Font is 9-3 in his UFC career and is in the running for a UFC title shot.
