Cris Cyborg is apparently killing herself getting down to 141-lbs. again. This is four pounds off her supposed weight class.
Lina Lansberg has said she will not accept a fight with Cyborg unless she can make weight (141-lbs.) Cyborg reportedly at 150 today.
The fighters have made weight. Justino looked dominant. No surprise. There is seemingly no woman who can challenge her. Hoping some day a Holly Holm or Miesha Tate can jump up and face her but I don't expect it. Justino somehow needs to become a big PPV draw for it to happen. Roy Nelson KO'd a very chinny and slow Bigfoot Silva. Silva now has five KO losses in his last six fights. For the sake of his brain I think he should stop. I don't think the extra testosterone gave him a chin against Mark Hunt. Hard to believe he lasted three rounds with him. Nelson thought the stoppage was late and gave John McCarthy a little kick in the ass (literally) but Bigfoot didn't drop his hands until the last shot. Not sure where Roy goes from here. He's talking about fighting Miocic. Trinaldo has a quiet seven-fight winning streak going. He's beaten middle of the road fighters, though. He needs a big jump up in competition. Michael Chiesa? Didn't see much else. Average set of fights.
