Not sure why Reis looks like Ving Rhames in that poster.

    Thug/Hottie will be the co-main with Jacare/Whittaker third-billed.

Robert Whitaker is a beast at middleweight. Dispatched of Bronson and now Souza with relative ease. Since every champ from the British Isles seems to be running from all challenges with their belts maybe we can get Romero against Whitaker.

When you see guys like Whittaker/Johnson/Poirier start at one weight, but have far more success at a larger weight class, it makes me wonder how many more people are dehydrating themselves too much?

And DJ crushes another flyweight. His only challenge is at bantamweight.

For some guys a size and strength advantage is all they have. If everyone stopped cutting weight the classes would be mostly the same, just moved up a level, with the exception of only some fighters who cut a crazy amount.

I don't know what the solution is. If two guys agree to fight at WW maybe they should weigh-in more than once, as OneFC does. Or maybe they weigh-in a month in advance and they can't be x-pounds over by fight time, so a WW fight could be fought at 190. I dunno. You can't stop guys from trying to game the system.

Dunno where DJ goes from here. He's obviously fantastic but now he's nipping contenders in the bud. If he could figure out a way for him to leave the division alone and let it build itself back up that'd be best but I think he's selling wolf tickets talking about fighting Garbrandt. He's said the same thing about DC but wanted crazy money for that fight.

Good performance by Rose but I can't help but think JJ would bloody her up.

GREAT performance by Bob Whittaker. Should've called out Romero or Silva afterward, missed opportunity. Calling out Bisping who isn't fighting for another six-eight months is a waste.
