LOL! Aldo comes out of this looking extremely pathetic. As the employer, you make McGregor defend his belt. Don't give him any other fight other than a FW fight. Doing this completely castrates the new champion. This is worse than Cormier being the LHW champ in regards to how he got it. The UFC made this Conor monster. Now they are getting burned by it. Nobody is going to take the next FW champion seriously.

I think its obvious Conor was never going back to 145, he looks MUCH healthier at 155...shit even 170. Good for the UFC to finally make a move and try to get things flowing in the FW division again. I just don't like Aldo being champion by way of technicality...I would much rather see a 4 man tournament between Edgar, Aldo, Holloway, and Pettis. Edgar v. Holloway, Pettis v. Aldo...winners of those two matches fight for the FW title. I wonder if Conor is going to try and get that 170 lb belt...
Aldo has told media outlets in Brazil that he knew McGregor would be stripped. He plans to defend/unify his belt once then challenge McGregor to a rematch.
