<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Golden State Warriors guard Nick Van Exel underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his left knee this morning in Dallas, Texas, it was announced today by General Manager Garry St. Jean. The surgery was performed by Dr. Tarek Souryal the Park City Surgery Center.

Van Exel, 31, is expected to be sidelined approximately three weeks following the surgery, which removed a small loose body from the knee. He suffered the injury during last Monday's Open Practice at the Arena in Oakland and has missed each of the last two preseason games.

NVE being out 3 weeks is a blow for GS....But it will at least solve the problem he was having.

I'm glad that he'll only be out for 3 weeks, but you're right, it is a big blow. Atleast Speedy Claxon will be starting.[IMG]
