If you don't eat meat or milk products you'd have important health deficiencies. I love animals as much as anyone (more) and been Vegan for more than 2 years but it is unhealthy and not natural for human beings

I'm not just not uninformed, I can tell you that fibromyalgia for example is a direct result of not getting enough calcium, that if you don't get enough vitamin B12 you're in serious danger of getting all kinds of diseases. There are 9 essential amino acids. As long as you consume those aminos in your diet, you should be fine. I'm not a vegan by any means, but it is possible to get those aminos without eating animal products. It's just a lot easier to get them from animal products.
