It's looking more like we'll see Thomas play and LMJ on the sidelines (dressed) but not play. Immediately after the injury when we knew it was dislocated and no major damage, there were a lot of folks guessing he'd be out three weeks...so I think things are progressing ok. I've heard his rehab is going well. Per Moseley: Darron Thomas said he has taken first-team reps this week and expects to play at Colorado. Asked if he's been cleared by team medical staff, Thomas said he's "never been uncleared." LMJ left Autzen today carrying a helmet and shoulder pads, FWIW. http://twitter.com/#!/DuckFootball

If he is healthy, there is no reason to sit Thomas. I'd actually like him to watch some film on how Bennett ran the read-option in his absence last weekend, and incorporate some of that into the CU game, which basically should amount to a scrimmage.
Thomas mumbles a bit but I believe he said they were prepared to run the ball last week but Bennett is a "great passer..and he can throw farther than me...got a real good arm."
Maybe if we get our big lead this time Chip will put in the second stringers (like Bennett, Tra...) earlier and we can see them operate.
^That's a bullshit photo! I worked that track meet for NBC and they gave the white cat a 70 meter head start! Nice try FAMS!
