Not a bad first impression from Mr. Hart. Physical, good defender, attacks the basket, solid passer, created a bit, 3-6 from '3' including opening the scoring for the Blazers in his debut...not sure what else we could have expected from him on his first night. Would really like to see him get a spot here as a member of a 3-guard rotation next season. The difference in style and on-court attitude he (and Winslow) brings to the Blazer is infectious.
why would you think he's not already slotted in there? He appears a Chauncy guy to the core, he ain't going anywhere unless he's packaged for a much better player (with picks) IMO
I guess I was one of the few that was high on Hart before the trade. He's an actual 2-way player, although his 3pt shooting efficiency, isn't really good. But because he's a good 2pt shooter and is solid at getting to the FT line his overall efficiency is pretty good and as we saw....a solid defender who can keep his man in front of him I'm not high on a Dame/Simons starting back court, but if the Blazers can re-sign Ant for a nice contract, from their POV, then a Dame/Hart starting tandem with Ant as 6th man has some good potential
Pretty sure that's the plan. I'm thinking we're looking at spending $20mil+ on a legit starting forward using the TPE...
Maybe this is Josh Hart's team now... That +/- is insane. To give context (these are last ten games stats): He's the bizarro CJ!
