I think they will still. They will put it together in time and get a lower seed, but they will make the playoffs. They are a true wild card at this point. KD is coming back sometime this week or next and they have a bunch of home games with only 3 more games all year against Western conference playoff teams. Something tells me they will be just fine and a nightmare for whomever draws them first.
Check out their March Schedule. This is their easiest month all year. http://stats.oregonlive.com/nba/teamstats.asp?teamno=25&type=schedule&month=03 They have 6 games out of 15 on the road and they are spread out pretty well. They have a Clippers game and a couple SA games. Other than that it is Eastern and dwellers.
Westbrook got hit HARD. I had to watch the replay a couple times. It was a KO knee to the face. You gotta give it up tho, he got up quick. Tough SOB.
Yeah. I was surprised he didn't have a concussion on the play. OKC fans are going to remember this game come playoff time.
Well last season, Durant did much better leading the team without Westbrick than this season with Westrbrick leading the team without Durant.
It sounds like he may only miss 1 game - very surprising. Woj tweeted he could play today if it were a playoff game. KD could be back soon as well. I guess we can't close the book on the Division title just yet . . . @WojYahooNBA: Russell Westbrook won't miss much time with surgery. "If he had a playoff game (Sunday), he could play," league source tells Yahoo Sports.
Is it possible that someone can kick him again in the same spot and make an even bigger dent in his face?
Freaked out for a second when I caught this thread title in my eye, thinking it was one of our guys (read it as Wesley).. Need that OT tag
