I'm just wondering, for those that have school already , what clubs and activities are you going to do / plan on doing this school year? For me, I signed up for 3 clubs: Key Club (community service), Culinary Club (cooking), and Anime club. For activities, I plan on joining track, and trying out for basketball. I was planning to work out like crazy over the summer and join football, but it didn't work out because I was too busy.

I'm an athletic assistant, my job is to go to football games and home water polo games early and set up whatever needs to be setup then stay after and take it all down and clean up. It counts for PE credits plus I get into all the football games and only work like 13 days in a whole semester.

I also just got a job at Longs so that will take up alot of time and bring in the scrill. Once I get some money I can get a car.

I joined the JSA club last year (I think it stands for Junior Statesmen of America) which is a club that discusses politics, goes to political events/debates, has debates, watches documentaries about politics, and does other stuff like that. Not because I enjoy that but because I heard it sounds damn good on a college application and I lucked out because my friend is basically being handed control of the club this year so I'm going to be vice president, which looks VERY good on a college application while requiring little to no work. I'll also sign up for a bunch of other clubs that I care little about solely for the sake of listing it on my college application.

Well, for Canadian High Schools you're required to do 40 hours of community service before graduating otherwise you're not allowed to graduate so I have to finish those hours sometime this year. Other then that, I'm planning to go all out this year cause I want to have a lot of extracurricular stuff on my list...I'll probably join the writing crew, mentoring, leadership and culture show, stuff like that. I'd also love to join any debate clubs and stuff. However, the biggest problem is going to be time. Between juggling schoolwork, friends, working out, eating right, and doing all these extracurricular activities, I'm looking at a busy year.

Due to some personal issues I'm having right now I was forced to quit football this year, but I will be playing again my Senior year. I am also planning on playing basketball again. Haven't played for the school since freshman year...

Im in Cross Country right now, playin varsity bball in the winter, and track in the spring. Thats probably it unless NHS still considers me "in". I was pseo last year and so i missed like every meeting because no one told me about them, and they kinda dont like me at all right now.
