Well apparently some think Thibs may be out in Chi town, if this happens do we get rid of Stotts for Thibs? http://basketball.realgm.com/wireta...-Expect-Him-To-Be-Fired-By-Bulls-In-Offseason
I think Thibs will be OKC's next coach. He's a great defensive coordinator but Chicago thinks he's played his stars into the ground and is not happy with his minute allocations on the roster. I'd love him on our bench in that role but not over Stotts
And surely you know that there is no way he takes an assistant coaching position anywhere in the NBA. He will be a head coach, if not OKC than somewhere else.
One thing we want is Thibs grinding Durant and Westbrook into powder... ...our roster would burst into flames after one practice.
Ah! Let's bring Luke Walton in as offensive coach and let him teach the lads the Triangle. He can take over when he's ready. Jackson and Kerr think he has got the stuff.
And he's never had the talent a lot of others have had to work with. You might even be able to include Stotts in that convo. If he is over playing his starters it's probably because he didn't much to work with.
I read several articles about this today and most concurred he had several problems with the front office including the firing if his assistant. Minutes were an area of contention between the two parties
