Which NFL team do you think has been the best in the draft the last 3-4 years?

i was just looking back at recent Jets drafts, they have all been great. we got nugent and miller last year, vilma and erik coleman two years ago, dewayne robertson the year before that, and i believe in 2000, we drafted Pennington, Becht (good TE for a couple years) Shaun ellis and John Abraham...not to mention Kareem MCkenzie in 2001, and S. Moss in 2002, and L Coles in 2003

With the exception of last year, I would have to say the Colts. Almost every starter on the team has been drafted or signed out of college by the Colts. THe only ones who werent are: Brock (drafted by eagles, cut before camp and signed by the colts)Simon (eagles again)Reagor (Broncos)Stokley (Ravens)Fletcher (Bears)Lilja (Kansas City, signed out of training camp by the colts)Other then that ever starter and almost player was all drafted by the Colts.

I'll go with the Panthers.Carolina Draft Picks:2001 - Dan Morgan, Kris Jenkins, Steve Smith, Chris Weinke 2002 - Julius Peppers, DeShaun Foster, Will Witherspoon, Dante Wesley2003 - Jordan Gross, Colin Branch, Kindal Moorehead, Ricky Manning, Jr.2004 - Chris Gamble, Travelle Wharton2005 - Thomas Davis, Evan MathisIt shows you how a bad team could turn around with a few good drafts.

Chargers, I remember reading that 19 out of 22 of their starters were drafted by their organization.

Going back to 2000, our first rounder have been wasted a lot. With the exceptions of Adam Archuleta, Steven Jackson, and maybe Alex Barron (too soon to tell) we've screwed up. Here's proof...2005 Alex Barron OT2004 Steven Jackson RB2003 Jimmy Kennedy DT2002 Robert Thomas LB2001 Damione Lewis DT Adam Archuleta DB Ryan Pickett DT2000 Trung Canidate RB

Barron should atleast be solid. He started 11 games as a rookie and had to protect 3 different QB's his first season. I don't get Rams games very often, but during the Giants game he held his own against Micheal Strahan.
