We all know what time it is, it's Lillard time. It seems to me that he's stepped it up a notch. You could see it during the All Star game and of course when he scored 50 and then 44 against Golden State. They talked about how quick Westbrook and Harden are but I think Lillard is just as fast.
The nicest thing I saw in the bits of the AS game I watched (first 1/2 only) - was that he was not trying to be fast. He had this - I know what I am doing - going fast when I want to, going as slow as I need when I want to.
21 points 21 minutes! If he was in the lineup in the last 3 minutes, the team could have won. Curry looked average.
He was fast when opportunity presented itself. He made a couple lightening quick layups . There wasn't even time for the defense to get going at all.
I'm a big fan of Lillard. I think he could be on his way to the top of the ranking of all time greatest Trail Blazer. Let's hope there's no major injury in his future.
I think that what we are seeing with Dame is that the game is slowing down for him. He gets into this place where he knows when and where to go - and the defense has to adjust to him, not the other way around.
Lanny is awesome! You'll never meet a bigger Blazer fan. Season ticket holder since year 1. Immortalized on the walls of the Moda center.
What time is it? It's Monday, February 19th, and 8:33PM, however my laptop clock gets glitchy and says it's Saturday, February 17th and 11:47PM. It's weird.
