Just a topic the get the boards going for a while. The Knicks will most likely be in the lottery, with around the lower stages. With that pick, I would go for someone like Zarko, James Lang, or Kendrick Perkins and Darius Rice. I'm only going by the prospects on NBADraft.net, not the new scouting reports on some European players that came out a few days ago on Insider. Zarko Cabarkapa: http://nbadraft.net/profiles/zarkocabarkapa.htm Thing I like is that they say he has fundamentals, which is always great. James Lang: http://nbadraft.net/profiles/jameslang.htm A big risk, but his motivation to get better and losing weight shows some dedication that many teens don't have. Kendrick Perkins: http://nbadraft.net/profiles/kendrickperkins.htm Plays a strictly low post game, and has exactly what we need, size and strength. Motivation is shaky though. Darius Rice: http://nbadraft.net/profiles/dariusrice.htm I would say he's one of the sleepers of the draft, and could maturei nto a good SF in the future. Well, with that said, who would you Draft?
The Players Union came ot an agreement a long time ago that would allow Darko and "Baby Shaq" to participate in this year's draft. I'm not too high on Baby Shaq cause when you do the CM to FT conversions, he's only about 6'7''-6'7.5''.
