Watching a reel of the best chasedown blocks in the NBA last season and it occurred to me that we're unlikely to feature (except on the receiving end). Who's our best athlete? Harkless maybe?

It's hard to say with new guys we haven't seen yet but both Mo and Wade would be in the conversation and defensively Chief is no slouch..Jake Layman is pretty athletic as well..Jake can get way above the rim

against real NBA competition...the rookies...in extended minutes Jake Layman and Boogie...also Curry and Stauskas in Stotts system...there are many unkowns...hell Meyers might make strides...he barely played last year. We'll see....as to athletic...I think Layman is the guy or could be. Mo should be if he stays engaged

Olshey is underappreciated. He is our best orator.

If the context is "How athletic are they?" then I dont see how we need to see these guys play more than we already have to determine their athleticism. I don't see how guys would become more or less athletic playing against NBA players compared to SL and college. Other facets, yes, but it's pretty easy to determine how athletic guys are in any setting.

I'd take Dame and then Harkless as our top athletes in terms of quickness and athleticism.

yeah...I think the NBA is a serious curve for rookies...Mo is my first choice....Layman is my sleeper ...he can leap and his lower core is really pretty strong...as I said...I think there are unknowns in this question from my standpoint...last season they said Pat Connaughton was the most athletic guy on the team..Layman could be that guy this year but as I said...he needs rotation minutes to showcase it and he really hasn't yet..Dame is in great shape but he can't leap like Mo or Jake in my view

Sadly Leonard and Layman stand as good a chance as any on our team. What are we, a volleyball team?

If Jake Layman is their best athlete they are in so much trouble...

It’s probably Mo, or Aminu, WB, Dame.

Obviously not a lot of NBA minutes but Layman has never stood out to me as a great athlete.

Yeah sorry. I’m away from my kids and wife for the week they help keep me sane. Not one of those guys who enjoys work trips. I realize how lame that sounds and I’m ok with it.
