    Houston Get Mcgrady

Houston gets a complete scorer to go with Yao?s inside game. I don?t think Mcgrady is a selfish player I think that he would be more than happy to share to ball with Yao. About Mcgrady's defense, HE CAN PLAY DEFENSE, he just doesn?t much. Defense is contagious, I believe that JVG and the rockets defensive style will bring out the defender in Mcgrady, he doesn?t have to be Artest or Wallace he only need to be a moderate defender, who can turn it up when it counts I think Mcgrady can do that.

Orlando gets Francis, Cato or Mobley

Fair Value hell no, But this may be the best offer the magic can get. Mcgrady has said he will opt-out according to ESPN
    http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=1824663
Francis is a 22 point scorer, JVG style of play is what hampered Francis he is just not a PG to distribute the ball to big men, He is AI type of PG, I am sure that he would return to form outside of a JVG style of play. Houston need a passing PG, Orlando does not. Francis has 5 years left on his contract and for a team that is going to rebuild that is a good thing. Also it is very possible Cato would be included in a deal and in the eastern conference he would be a defensively dominate C with excellent rebounding skills Mobley is also a option instead of Cato. Mobley who is allot like Francis, if I was Orlando and I had the choice I would take Cato simple because Mobley?s and Francis?s games are basically the same. They are both slashing scorers, Mobley tried to become a 3pt specialist last season to accommodate the half-court inside out game, but that is simply not his game and he suffered because of it.

Mcgrady and Yao, that would be a cool combo, but would T-mac want to play for Houstan? I would rather see Tracy stay in the east, y give the west more superstars..

If T-mac does go to the Rockets he won't get the scoring title, but I think Mcgrady would help Yao a lot, and Mcgrady would still get great numbers

Mcgardy has already said that Houston would be his first choice for a trade, does that mean that where he will go? No off-course not, but that math works from where i sit.

This is Hakeem and Clyde, or possibly Shaq and Kobe all over again. Even though with an unbelievable duo, I doubt they would win a championship in years unless Yao can develop to the next Hakeem or Shaq, which I highly believe he will.
I don't even know why I'm imagining. I doubt a superstar center and a superstar shooting guard will ever co-exist on a NBA team. Shaq and Kobe going to the same team was a coincidence because no one would of known Kobe would become a legit player to be considered one half of the 1-2 punch. According to my crystal ball, McGrady will never ride a cottontail like Kobe has. He will always be the 1st option, go-to-guy, the franchise player, and the player others will ride off of.

Well i would agree, except i think that the whole trade thing is about Mcgrady not wanting to be the first / only option he want someone to help share the load. I dont think he likes the pressure. He has said he wants to be with a dominate big-man. I dont think the Shaq-Kobe thing applies here. I think he wants to be in a kobe like situation, Unlike kobe who wants to go it alone

Also you also have to remember that Yao is not like shaq he does not have the Ego and like i said i think mcgrady want's to play with a Yao or a Duncan or something like that. I really think this could work and work alot better that Shaq - Kobe ever did.

I am not saynig that the Rocket will win 3 championships in 3 years or anything but as far a chemistry i think it is Very do-able

Yeah, i think somehow Francis is a bit sick of always giving the ball to yao whos improved but is still not a top center imo. So it would definitely be a nice trade for both sides. I doubt thou, that Tmac would wanne play with yao and all that ... if they get a decent coach, the rockets, then its very likely hed come.

True Yao has a way's to go still, Main thing he needs are upper body strength and rest in the off-season, Damn chinese national team, they could ruin his NBA career.

But T-MAC has already said he would like to play with the Rockets, according to him they are actually his first choice for a trade. (didn't i already say this?)

I'm tihnking more of an Orlando, Houston, Lakers three way trade... You never know... Shaq to Orlando, Tracy to Houston, Steve and Mobley to LA, as well as some no names from each team to the other, etc... I won't go into specifics, but I think it could happen... Maybe a few picks traded as well... (Orlando to LA!!! ) Just an idea... I wonder how this would work out... Just throw in some other players (EX: Devean George, etc.)

Well Orlando has reportedly asked for Francis, Mobley and Cato.

But it might only be Francis and Mobley or Francis and Cato

I never said he is coming here i said, It would be a great thing for both teams

Indiana has apparently offered quite a bit as well so it is very possible he would go there. Notice all the teams involved have dominate Big men

I dont think that the Pacers would trade Jemaine O'neal, i think he is pretty much untouchable

Oneal for Oneal. Wait a minute Jermaine Oneal? God not that guy, i simply hate him. So arrogant. The three way trade doesnt sound that bad, but the rockets guys arent really what we need at lakers are they?

Kobe at SF, Francis at SG, Mobley at point (Mobley and Francis could switch positions too)

I think it can... Besides, slashing = easier point production.

A better 3 way involving those teams would be

Houston Gets Mcgrady, Fisher (or some other PG)

    Orlando Gets Shaq, Mobley

    L.A gets Cato, Francis, Gooden

Houston Would get there scorer and a player that know how to feed the ball

Orlando Get Shaq, and mobley to help replace Mcgrady. not to mention there first pick. Can you say contender

L.A. Gets Francis, the power forward they have always lacked and a defensive Center to help soften the loss of shaq. Not to mention that they would likely be able to resign Bryant then

    But still unlikely

That would be aight too... Lakers need a big man to set picks and get rebounds!

Thing is....he wouldn't really fit in a lot of aspects. Houston is all about blue collar, meaning hustle, hard work, things like that. McGrady much like Shaq, lacks a lot of work ethic, not saying he's lazy, he works hard as well but he doesn't have the will to go on and win at times, he may be a great and tall rebounder but must you forget, you're supposed to be one of the best defensive teams, he'd only put a downside on that for you.

True... Also, since T-Mac is so lazy and has no work ethic, why do a bunch of people have T-Mac sigs saying "I'll never quit" or whatever... Quit what? You lazy bastard! You can't quit what you don't start! Ooo, I smell poetic quote right there... This has been an RJ Classic... Brought to you by Coca Cola... (HAHA, advertisements and all!)
