    It's McMillan.

And no, I don't think they'll make the playoffs, atleast yet. This year they won't simply because they aren't good enough. The West is a tough conference and a young team like their current one isn't built to make the playoffs this year.

The Blazers will not make the playoffs. Even if they do, they'll be a 7-8th seed and will be gone by the first round. There's still a lot more work to do regarding their cap space and their players. When they get rid of Miles, Anderson, Ratliff, and Patterson's contract and continue to rebuild, then they'll probably make it.

I think they will have a shot if everyone will supply the demands, the Kings are not as good as they used to be,the Sonics will be alot weaker because there will be no MacMillen,no Radmanovic,no Daniels and no James, i dont see any reason why the Wolves will not lose more this season and the Warriors will probably lose like always even though they can be a big suprise and the Suns will be less dominent IMO - they distroyed some of the things that worked for them.

Some teams may slip, but they are still way ahead of the Blazers. No way Portland makes the playoffs IMO.
