Always happens this way, late fall-early winter in California. First come outrageous forest fires, followed by heavy rains, followed by mudslides, followed by more evacuations. Like the Horse, this one had no name... The fires had a name, Holy fire & Camp fire. Can't make up those names... No fire is Holy...
