Yeah no kidding, you had some good ideas, but no one wants to read through 5 paragraphs of that. Anyway here's my take on the Knicks: Try something new. Break the mold and don't even use a gameplan, just motivate and release, let them all play the way they're comfortable playing, it could work, it could not, but I thik it has a better chance than what Larry Brown was trying to do.
