Yankees are now 47 and 1 when leading after 7 innings.

But, they are also 0 for 12 when scoring 3 runs or less....
Damn it, that was one Fugly loss last night.
Mets player of the game A-a-Ron Hicks.
He stood around gawking and walked with what he thought, was a home run, which bounced off the center-field fence; failing to leg out what should have been a triple, but was a standup double and would have scored thereafter. He also mis-played a catchable ball in CF, which cost us...

German has not been out for a while so the offense is going to have to step up from its poor showing last night. Hicks, dude was in his last year of service, gets a nice contract, then rewards his employers by jumping on the IL and poor production upon return. Losing to New York National is a fucking disgrace so even it up tonight!!!!!!!!

Why is Encarnacion getting a pass? His inability to field a throw in the dirt and his paltry 7/43 (.148) BA should have EVERY Yankee fan pointing fingers at him as the weak link in this lineup. DJ should be playing first and Gio third with Edwin sitting on the bench pondering why he sucks as a real baseball player for EVERY game. I’d rather we don’t even use a DH than having that black hole in the lineup, especially with Baboone batting him so high. Talk about an overrated ball player...look no further than that toolbar.

Seriously with Hicks batting cleanup? I feel like BaBoone just puts all the names in a hat and picks out at random where some of our batters are going to be hitting.

Germán had one rehab start at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Thursday, throwing 65 pitches over four innings while allowing four runs and four hits.

Germán picked up his first interleague win in four starts earlier this year, yielding four runs and five hits in six innings of an 11-5 Yankees victory at San Francisco on April 28. He is 0-1 in two lifetime starts against the Mets, allowing three homers and seven runs in 9 2-3 innings.

His last win came against the Yankees on June 11 when he outpitched James Paxton in a 10-4 victory. Vargas had one shaky inning, with all three runs allowed coming in the third as he lasted six overall.

The southpaw is 11-10 with a 4.09 ERA in 29 career interleague starts but only 1-7 with a 6.67 ERA in 11 career matchups with the Yankees.

I'd like too see the useless piece of shit Britton traded with his fat useless contract, for the Giants Will Smith...!!!
Nasty Strikeout ratio and a 0.810 WHIP...

But the Giants are not as fkng dumb as Trashman...

A comparison of a mediocre or less, overpaid reliever who doesn't impress anyone other than the oppositon.
Vs a young underpaid Strikeout artists who is a Free Agent at years end...

As you can see, Smith is better than Britton in every catagory, other than giving up one more Homerun...
