    The NBA on Friday suspended New York Knicks forward Zach Randolph for one game.

    Randolph drew the ban for throwing his headband, which hit an official in the third quarter of Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings.

    Randolph, who is second on the Knicks (8-22) in scoring at 17.7 points per game, will sit out Friday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
