Billups: "I want this team to play hard-nosed defense!"

    Zeller: "Hold my beer!"

Iggy knew right away he fucked up Zeller's nose. He probably heard and felt it break

Does a broken nose require a lot of missed games? He's out preseason for sure. But regular season is still weeks away.

Same sort of thing happened to me my junior year of HS right before football started. I was only out for a couple weeks after surgery, but hey, at least it got me out of daily doubles.

I bet if this was Zach Collins, he would've still been unable to play and thus not broken his nose.

Or would have broken the nose 14 times making him continuously on the injured list.

Heal em up Cody...we need you out there! Broken noses are common sports injuries and shouldn't keep him out very long...main thing is that he can breathe well enough to play basketball....once that's ok he can play in a mask...Roco still uses one...this will help Chris's chances for the 14th spot

Just a guess but because football players wear helmets i would think the chances of injury or further injury would be next to nothing. But in basketball, even with a mask… well just watch roco highlights from last year.
Im concerned he is out for a while. Not sure he can come back too early while its healing. Any bump on a mask could still cause issues I'm thinking?

Maybe. I remember my first practice back and the tight end across from my reached his hand up and just tapped my face. I was bleeding for a while after that. Nothing ever happened again, but I generally heal pretty fast. Who knows.
