Re: Random Thought Thread I'm bored...who'd want to join a Pokemon draft, won't take long, cause you can only carry 6!!! (Sadly enough, I was being serious, but man it would be funny to have a Pokemon Draft in the RTT) On another note: Who'd be down for a All-NBA Draft..or whatever you call it. I mean the GM Draft was 12 players....with this I might 10 players, don't know if it would shorten it much, but I run it so whatever lol....little tired right now..... thoughts on both drafts? (don't make fun of me, I'm the nicest and best mod you guys know)
Re: Random Thought Thread I can have my 10 and 8 year old sons sign up for S2 to participate in the Pokemon Draft
Re: Random Thought Thread Awesome, they might beat me at it, but I do have a 9yr advantage! I kick it old school and use the original 150 son! *EDIT* Let me Clarify.....151! ZANG ZI-BAM!
Re: Random Thought Thread No Professor this time around? Where's the loyalty...but if I picked him would you want to work out a trade?!
Re: Random Thought Thread Just got home from watching the UFC fight at my bro's house. I thought Liddell was either a) dead or b) paralyzed. Good to see hes ok but DAMN.
Re: Random Thought Thread Oh what up Dynasty!!! Pegs only had 5 beers last night. Stopped for no good reason. Other than the fact that everyone wanted to go home. Pegs is sad.
Re: Random Thought Thread Wow, The Scarlet Letter is possibly the most poorly written published novel I've read in a while. Hawthorne is essentially being overly verbose, not to give clarity or meaning, but to show off how awesome he is. How pig-headed do you actually have to be to write this piece of shit? Couldn't your message be just as strong and clear, if not more so, by using normal sentence structure? The plot itself is fine, but the writing style is terrible. He could have communicated his message in a much more concise and powerful way, by simply cutting down on the bullshit. What kind of backwards thinking makes you teach a piece of shit like this? I think I'm going to write my next essay like he does. Lets see how many run-ons get corrected.
Re: Random Thought Thread I think I remember reading that my sophomore year. That entire English class was torture.
