    I think Montenegro will win, something along the lines of 1-0 or 2-1. Vucinic will score 1 goal.

    Is being Montenegro's all-time top scorer an accomplishment? I know its a huge deal to play for your nation, but when your nation has been a nation for about 18 months, its not that big of a deal to be the leading scorer. Or am I missing something and caps carry over from when they were with Serbia?

    Probably carried over. It should IMO since Yugoslavia doesn't exist anymore and they all made up Yugoslavia, (serbia included) so it shouldn't be left to their records.
