    This is insane, they are almost on a 3 times bigger budget than Chelsea, despite the fact that Chelsea's owner Abramovich is the 11th richest man alive. (Of course my inormation could be wrong).

    Still, I'm excited to see what happens to this club in the next few years. (Y)

    I don't think Abramovich is that high. City's owners are far wealthier.

    Yeh i woudn't have said 11th when you count all the Saudi princes and such but i just checked Forbes and Abramovich is 11th there,

    Just checked wikipedia and Abramovich is down as 16th,
