    Look at his body as the result of his drug cocktails. The guy didn't fake the disease, no one would ruin their body like that for sympathy.

    That story just proves the level of douchebaggery and assitude that people will stoop.

    Faking HIV/AIDS and cutting short your pro basketball career in order to get "sympathy" violates every rule of common sense I can think of ... then again these ass clowns are radio commentators and probably got their "Communications" degree from a diploma mill, so meh.

    Name me one famous person who faked being HIV positive and I will name you a million who faked being heterosexual.

    Ok, maybe not a million but I think your question must not have been meant the way it sounded. More like you asked it to get someone to go into more detail.

    Technically true, I suppose, but the implication of his comment seemed to be that there was some reason to believe he lied about being heterosexual.

    Otherwise, it's akin to saying, "It's more likely he's a murderer." Technically true, since there are more murderers than people who faked being HIV+, but pointless on that level and a non sequitur.

    It's pretty obvious that Magic is homosexual or bisexual and that's how he contracted HIV. The odds of getting HIV from heterosexual sex is something like 1 in 5M (1 in 50M with a condom). The odds of being struck by lightning are 1 in 600K.

    I don't think he shared needles. I dont think he got a blood transfusion - we'd have heard something about that as some sort of serious injury or surgery.

    He claimed he didn't have homsexual sex. Sure looks like he's lying.

    I don't care how he got it but is that really an accurate statistic? Just bringing that up since I've read some conflicting things; I'd just like to see the source.
