    He's not worth more than 7 mil. I'd rather spend that on getting 2 international prospects, tbh.

    In the Yankee world they can sign Pettitte, and sign 'x number' international prospects. The signing of international prospects doesn't impact luxury tax.

    I'd love to have Andy back, but CC is tops on my list right now. If Andy will take a huge paycut so we can bring in CC to solidify the staff, I'm cool with that.

    I'm saying in the Yankee Universe the budget is not what it seems. Cashman doesn't need to penny pinch. I have a feeling he just doesn't want to be the "200M payroll GM".

    And I agree with that. Money has never been an issue for the Yankees, and as long as the Steinbrenner's run the team, I doubt that it ever will.
