It was a dream because it sure as hell isnt gonna happen in reality. He is gonna shit himself when he has to deal with two 7 footers. Welcome to the league kid!

I want to see him get some good play time without fouling out, or being benched in fear of fouling out. He is going to see some competition unlike what he has faced before.

Luckily, Portland has so many 7-footers, he's been dealing with this all training camp.

Aldridge, Priz, Frye, Hill. Should be a walk-in-the-park against Bynum/Gasol. :ghoti:

I thought Frye was like 6-9 or something around there.....

Bynum/Gasol is much different than Aldridge and that group of names you named...although I love Aldridge and he KILLED us last year.

Good game to watch regardless :D

If Gasol does not put makeup on - Oden will not be distracted one bit.

Funny. I had a dream last night too that I overslept and missed the game. I actually woke up from that one pretty disturbed.

I've had at least 2 dreams I can remember of Oden playing in the season debut...since mid-summer. They usually involved me completely missing the 1st half for one reason or another.

Sadly, I'll be completely missing the second half for real. :(

How many 7 footers do the Blazers have? Just as many.

The only advantage that the Lakers have is Kobe. But we have Batum. :tsktsk:

They'll just get into foul trouble trying to stop Oden.

Frye is 6-11. And Gasol is soft.

Not to say anything, b/c they're not the same, but Oden was double-teamed by Horford and Noah for the championship game, and onlly put up 25 and 12.

I don't think he's necessarily scared of Gasol and Bynum...especially since if Gasol's anywhere near Oden while playing D LMA is going to have 35.
