Great job he has done. ;)

Can't wait until banner 17 goes up. I'm so happy, can't wait to come from work and watch the whole ceremony.

His only good moves were drafting Al Jefferson and managing to get Ray Allen. I don't count the KG thing cause McHale just gave him to you..

He got the job done though, it wouldn't have happened without all the other moves he did.

I still can't bring myself to give him credit for all of it though.

He has only made one unsuccessful draft pick and completely re-tooled an absolutely horrendous roster since taking over. People that try to dismiss what he has done have no idea what they're talking about.

LOL says the Lakers fan who got Pau Gasol for really NOTHING.

at least the C's gave up Al Jefferson, a draft pick, a solid bench player in Gomes and some cap relief to the Wolves.

You got Gasol for a back of cheetos and a scrub rookie PG and the corpse of a former #1 draft pick and not only didn't lose a starter, not even one of your top 8 players in the rotation. (Kwame may have been in that rotation, but only because he was 7 feet tall and got 6 fouls like everyone else)

Delonte West, Ryan Gomes and Tony Allen have all been good draft picks for where they were taken. Usually if the pick's out of the top ten, it's a crap shoot as to who will be good and who will be bad. So that's alright drafting IMO.
