You guys can have Walton But yeah, I was ecstatic when we got Trevor (I'm a UCLA homer, so I keep track of all the Bruins). He's looking great this year, and his shot has been nice.
It's not so much that we lost, it's that we weren't even competitive. There is no circumstance where Pau Gasol should be tougher than LaMarcus Aldridge. That game disgusted me, not because Oden was injured, but because we showed no heart.
Agree Max, we were flat as a pancake, bad case of nerves but no excuses for that. We need to settle down and FOCUS and play some ball like we can. LMA has no excuses, especially with Oden out to get down and dirty instead of settleing so often for that ourside shot! I really would like to see a good bit of Rudy and Roy together.
Unless I am mistaken, the last two games were the first two Bynum and Gasol played together. I thought they "traded" for Gasol after Bynum went down. If that is the case, then this is the real Lakers team. Barring injury, they are headed to the Finals where they will kick the Celtics teeth in. I don't think there is a team in the league that can beat them 4 out of 7 times right now.
