Honestly, that took me a second to figure out too. You go back to the screen that featured the free preview, and on the right side of the screen there's an option to "Launch."

It's confusing, because at least for me, underneath that option it made it seem like you had to register for that service (even though that's what you just did)

 

taking so long to activate the stupid account.
