Gilbert maybe for me, though you've got one at your PG slot. His shot selection wasn't the best either.

I'm curious but what's your game plan on slowing down Michael Jordan? Also how exactly do you project your shots being divided up in a game assuming you have 90 possessions, 10-12 of those possessions are TO's, so you'll have around 80 shots to divide up amonst your team. Give me a full breakdown on your shots by each player from what you assume in this series.

    Read the thread.

My players are quite efficient with the ball for the most part, what are you referring to specifically? I don't see Iverson on my team.

You can say coulda shoulda woulda all you want, it doesn't take anything away from their MVP seasons. People will never be happy with who gets the trophy, just like their are people out there who say Horford should have won ROY over Durant. Fact is they got the MVP trophy because the people voting agreed they were the best. You may not have the same opinion, but it is their name on the record books forever.

And like I said, Willis Reed, Regular Season MVP, All-Star MVP, and NBA Finals MVP. He must have been doing something right.

On a side not, you could say DRob's MVP season wasn't necessarily his, Shaq could have deserved it

No there's no shoulda's here, it is a team award.

    All-Star Mvp? Lol.

Okay, so apparently you think Pierce or Vince Carter are going to slow down Michael Jordan....great reasoning

Dude, you want a slower or normal pace game, that's 90 possession these days, and you have quite a few guys that force stuff, so I'm being generous with only 10 TO's. I'm curious to see how you think your team would divide up 80 shots amonst them. Easy question that shouldn't be hard to divide up.

I'm sorry, I found some of this funny. CP3 is the end-all for this PG matchup, that's cute. Him and Deron are up against Earl Monroe, an electrifying scorer at the PG position, as well as Lenny Wilkens who was a top passing point guard who could play wonderful D. "Flush down on any of my big men's head"...do you know who Willis Reed, Artis Gilmore, Dan Issel, and Connie Hawkins are? Gilmore and Reed won't let them "flush it down" over their heads, homie. Gilbert you say is a great shooter, fine, the question isn't whether he can shoot, but rather how many shots will he take. Gilbert is a chucker so good luck thinking he is gonna sit there and be our golden boy three point shooting Glen Rice. People act like World B. Free and Aguirre are scrubs compared to Carmelo, Kenyon Martin, and Battier. Please. World B. Free will run circles around his defender and Aguirre is just pure money.

Don't act like I only depend on MJ/Scottie. I built a team around them, a TEAM mind you. Jordan and the Bulls dominated the NBA without THIS kind of talent. I have rebounders and defenders in Reed and Gilmore, who are also capable of scoring given the opportunity, but again, not the primary role. Monroe will keep the defense honest. Monroe will make any guard he is against work on both ends of the court. Lenny can lead the second unit with scorers in World and Aguirre, who are surrounded by a hustle player in Connie and a stud like Issel. If Connie doesn't work out, I can bring out McGinnis, a Pacer legend.

Also, I watch Kobe Bryant play alot, might've heard about him. Shane Battier couldn't stop Kobe, don't act like he can step into the ring with some of the leagues best of all time and stop them.

Kenyon Martin is just as effective as that damn Phoenix Gorilla in this matchup, I'm sorry K-Mart. I watched K-Mart struggle against the likes of Mark Madsen, Slava Medvedenko, and Samaki Walker during the '03 finals (If I'm correct on the year). Good luck with these guys, and we dance better too.

Uh no that is not what I said...

Tell me how these "quite a few guys" force stuff. Educate me.

So you say you would get mad usually at people saying Chris Paul was the MVP over Kobe, yet it's ok to question Steve Nash's and Allen Iversons awards? That's pretty hypocritical

It's Gilbert fucking Arenas, Carmelo Anthony (Watch him play regularly, you'll see he forces the issue), Vince Carter (long range bombs ftw?)

Come on you can't be that ignorant to not know that man.

What's wrong with the All-Star MVP in that same year? Just shows he played better than the other players that year against tough competition.

My girlfriend uses photoshop to do her artwork, I'm sure you could use that to do it.
