The salaries are vastly different cause of Marbury's huge contract, but I was watching NBA Fastbreak when it came to me that Indiana and Tinsley are basically having the same situation. So if the numbers can be crunched and done, would you do a Marbury for Tinsley swap?

Yes, Mr. J, I'm posting in here again...

Marbury is making 20M just for this year, Tinsley is making 21M over the next 3 years...last time I checked, Knicks have LeBron fever and are trying to cut cap

I'm just speculating, stop being yourself!

It's just sad to see both of these guys not play, but get paid this much....you know?

Tinsley is way too expensive for his services. Plus, he doesn't expire before 2010. The only way this goes down is if the Pacers take some bad contracts off our hands (Curry, Jeffries).

You think LeBron wants to play with Curry perhaps?

True, Curry does know all the fine dining in New York.

I could sort of see Tinsley for Curry happening. Basically both teams get rid of their problems on each other. Except it doesn't seem to help either team very much.

I could see Jeffries for Tinsley happening straight up. Indiana could use a better player than Stephen Graham at the backup 3 as well as getting a hometown kid. I think Duhon/Tinsley splitting the 1 is a good idea until Mardy can show more of what he has.

Jeffries and Tinsley have almost the exact same contract length and money wise.

I wouldn't trade Jefferies for Tinsley. Tinsley, really, is an awful player and a total DBag.
