You know, there was all this talk about Greg and his ankle, but what about DWill? Man he tweaked his ankle about a month ago. I'm watching the Jazz game right now and everytime they call a timeout, he comes out to give his teammates hi-5. He still has a noticeable limp! Utah is lucky to have the record they do without him. I'm not sure how hard their schedule has been though.

he's a little overrated in terms what he really adds to the team that nobody else can't. boozer is a more valuable player for them.

I disagree. Deron is a better player and is the player they give the ball to at the end of the games.

not to knock deron, but boozer is the best pure PF in the league (duncan is more center really). they would miss boozer more than they are missing deron right now.

well he is the PG : )

No way, Duncan is far more effective as a PF than as a center. The Spurs even argued his being put on last year's all-star ballot as a center for that very reason. And I can think of several of PF's besides Duncan I'd take before Boozer... Garnett, Amare, Gasol, Dirk, and maybe Brand.

Spurs argued for Duncan to be a PF on the ballot so he wouldn't have to go against a sure loss in Yao at center

...and because he's played PF for the bulk of his career. You can guess at their true motive all you want. I'm sticking to what they said and the obvious placement.
