LOL - seriously. Raider fan . . . probably only bested by Phillie fans but only because they have a jail built into their stadium. I'm guessing the only reason the Oakland Coliseum doesn't have an in-house jail is because Al is wasting all his money on overpaid, underacheiving talent year after year. One order of D'Angelo Hall to go, anyone? Living down here, it's oh so enjoyable to hear endless Raider fans calling the local shows saying how this next coming year is when they'll finally get good again, that the only reason they haven't been good is because the entire world is conspiring against them to keep them down, this last draft was great, this next coach will be The One, blah blah blah. But even as diehard, errrr, blind as most of them are, they've been so miserably bad for so many years in a row now that even Raider fan finally realizes how hopeless their situation is that fewer and fewer of them are going to the games. That said, Raider fan, the above was not written by me so if you see me at the Warriors game on Tuesday please don't beat me down and piss on my Blazer jersey with me in it!!!
Now he can spend more time with Roddy Pipers daughter and listen to all the garbage hip hop that he wants.
After having been kicked out because I had the same camera I'd brought for years, I don't even try to bring it in anymore. Unfortunately I have a late meeting at work so won't be getting there much before tip off. I'm wearing my Blazer shirt with Portland Trail Blazers in Hebrew and my courtside cap. Anyone want to name a section we can all meet after the game? I can't remember exactly where my seat is, I think section 102 row 14. Stomp, where are you sitting? I can migrate there afterwards and so can anyone else. As for Ben Davis, take out the really bad slurs, DaRizzle, and there's nothing left. Maybe a comma. Hispanic, I have no intention of stealing your wife, kids, or penis.
It isn't. It is a crap-hole, the fans aren't fun to be around, and they do so many cheesy gimmicks to get the crowd into the game (more cheesy than other places). Every time I go to a game there, it makes the Rose Garden seem so much better. It is worth putting up with to watch the Blazers though.
Agree, and it seems the staff stay up late at night trying to find new ways to keep fans from enjoying themselves. Food is ghastly and the lines so long, I went once at half time to get a sandwich. By the time I was at the front of the line there was no food left at all and the 3rd quarter was almost all done. But we can't bring anything in, not even water. They were the ones who said my cakes were a terrorist threat. No picture taking, very limited autograph seeking. Security once stopped a player from signing a child's ball because his ticket was upper level and upper level patrons are not allowed lower down. The player was walking over to the kid and the security guard stopped him and made the kid leave the courtside area. Plus, the Warriors hold back the best seats until the last minute, so you either wait until game time in hopes of getting a good seat, but not knowing if you will, or buy in advance, get told there is nothing close, then see hundreds of empty seats in front of you!
