I'll take Ike over Frye. I love Frye as a person, but tired of his game. IMO, its time to see if Ike can bring more off the bench than Frye.
Or maybe it shows that we may not feel as bad sitting Channing as Martell takes up the minutes at backup SF, and Outlaw takes the back PF minutes.
Fearless and wanting to take it to the rim whenever the defense gave him the lane, in a short, he looked pissed off and good.
Garnett ripped into him during a timeout. Good. It was probably his best performance of the year. Drove the ball to the hoop, hit two jump shots, some foul shots, and attempted a wicked dunk. Kid's got balls. He deserves more playing time.
KG said something to his second unit and that really pissed him off. I would guess it would have something to do with letting us back into the game after we were getting blown out. Bayless looked alright, for what short time he had. He'll definitely be in the rotation next year. He definitely doesn't get intimidated.
How though? Is Sergio going to have his minutes cut? Is Blake going to have his minutes cut? I just don't see how Bayless can get any minutes unless someone loses their minutes or we make a trade.
2 turnovers, one of which looked pretty bogus, getting called for a double dribble after he got absolutely mugged by a couple of celtics on the perimeter, I can't remember the other one. Turnovers or not, he looks like he's ready to rip of his opponent's head and crap down their neck ... on the plus side, this attitude didn't seem to extend to his teammates.
They deserved it. He should have gone after Scal too. Although maybe its good that he didn't, because then the KG hates white people brigade would be out in full force.
That's the way it's always been. West teams play each East team twice. And East teams play each West team twice. That is the way it is.
sounds good. i would have been excited to see him play. hope he can somehow play his way in to the rotation..
Ah, that's right ... crap that would have been fun if he'd connected. Still I thought Jerryd did a decent job of looking to get others involved and knowing when to go get his in his very short shift. He may actually end being a point guard after all, and not just an Arenas clone.
