While Porter and Kersey are debateable for many, I really think they embodied Blazers basketball....for me at least for that rip city team of the late 80s/early 90s.

Bill and Clyde. I think players either need to be HOFers or borderline HOFers to be considered. I would be all for a ring of honor or somesuch to give respect to guys like 77 championship team, Porter, etc.

I'd just start building a statue in front of the RG of Brandon.

Walton, Drexler, and if he continues on current trajectory, Roy. He looks as good this season as Clyde did.

I agree. Walton and Drexler are the only ones that really should.

Portland would be right up there as well though, as would Buck.

Something else I'd like to see is Duckworth being honored somehow in the rafters.

    Two words. Clyde. Drexler.

    That is all.

Plenty of others have had great moments here (Walton, Luke, Porter, Buck, Petrie, Sheed), but Clyde was elite for a decade.

And even though I hate the Dallas Cowboys with every fiber of my being, the Ring of Fame is a great idea. We can throw up anyone we want there.

IMHO, only Walton's #32, Drexler's #22, Porter's #30 and Ramsay's #77. All others should be in the ring of honor or statues.

32 didn't play here long enough.

the rest weren't quite good enough or didn't last long enough.

I'd go with Petrie, Walton, Drexler.

They sort of represent different eras and were truly dominant players.

Ed O beat me to it. I agree with all 3 of his choices.

I don't mind Lucas and can even see Porter. Everyone else is too much in my opinion. But those first 3 are the only ones I think definitely should be.
