Oh, how the roles are reversed!

BJ Penn is famous for calling out everyone. He currently has called out Georges St. Pierre, Matt Hughes, and Anderson Silva. The guy has an appetite.

Well, not to be forgotten, new WAMMA (sounds like a Batman sound effect) Lightweight Champion Shinya Aoki has called out Penn. The catch is, of course, Aoki will not fight in the UFC, so in effect he is saying he wants to fight but not getting to wear his neon workout tights is a deal breaker.
So how is that Jake Shields/Georges St. Pierre fight coming along? How about the Frank Shamrock/Anderson Silva tilt? Or Randy Couture vs. Fedor Emelianenko? Fedor/Brock? No? Nobody? Hmm.

are his tights really the reason why he doesnt want to go to the UFC? or is it the money?

I'd go with Money. He must make a ton of it being one of the top fighters in Japan.. especially with endorsements.
In North America he's a relative unknown to the casual fan.
