    What KG does with this stuff is try to gain a competitive advantage (and the majority of times, he gets it). That is all. People can slobber all they want about how dirty and mean and classless he is, but the facts are that he does what he does to break the other team's spirit, while his own team's spirit. And there's nothing wrong with that.

    Talking trash is one thing JE, I can totally get behind trash talk. Reggie Miller was my favorite player of all time. The guy talked so much shit. I can completely understand the mental side of the game, and I can't fault a player for playing head games. Cheap shots, however, are uncool. They are dangerous and they are not part of the game. Putting an elbow in the back of a guys head is crossing the line.

    I can't comment on that specifically because I completely missed the game, but I will say that cheap shots (or so they're called today) were pretty rampant back in the 80s, and no one cared. Kevin McHale horsecollared Kurt Rambis in mid-air, and got called for an ordinary foul.

    So, I guess the next step is for teams to hire a big paluka to clock the other team's best player at the start of each game then. That should give them a competative advantage.

    Don't kid yourself. The C's are good because Pierce and Allen are excellent wing players, Rondo has exceeded everyone's expectations, and Doc Rivers has them playing defense. Their winning has nothing to do with KG's bitch moves. As witnessed by the fact he tried all of his passive-aggressive bullshit in Portland and it didn't work because Aldridge and Oden owned him like a little bitch dog in a pink collar.
