IF we play defense vs GS like we did against the Pistons...we are dead.

We gave up 83 pts, what the hell is your deal?
With Roy out against Boston, NO, LA, and Detroit, we are allowing only 90.25 ppg....

Ha ha ha that is great. Now go look and see what Portland record is when the opponent scores over 100, oh that's right, its 1 and 8. Golden State is almost sure to go over 100 if they play their pace. What you don't understand, is that when the Blazers go over 100, they do it all the time in a fairly slow paced game. They don't have to go up tempo to go over 100. What it does usually indicate is that their defense is feeding their offense, and that they have the game under control defensivly, because in most of those games the opponent did not go over 100. It is a comfortable pace for them. Meanwhile Golden State is going to try to not let them be comfortable, and turn it up.

Secondly, I never said Portland does not have enough offense to keep up.

Totally. I shaved it off at 12:03 AM on January 1, 2009. But it keeps coming back...

No need to consider the fact that the Warriors are a terrible defensive team... Please continue to rant like an idiot.

Of course, the Blazers have much room to improve- but they look pretty darned good this year comparatively speaking.

I'd say that Brandon is more important to the Blazers than Rasheed and Rip.

Interesting, he reminds me of someone Les Nessman. Cept he doesn't say Chy Chy Rod-ri-gweeze and Chi-Hoo-ah-hoo-ah in that funny way that endears him to you. Ok, that's not a fair thing to say. I actually liked Les Nessman, he wasn't an annoying clown. I'd say he is a cross between Buddy Lembeck, Raquel Ochmonek, the counselor from Salute your shorts (Kevin "Ug" Lee), and Kirk Devane from the first two seasons of Newhart.
