Bayless's dunk reminded me a little of D.Wade. :devilwink:

Yeah I got a good feel from that dunk too. Kid is gonna be MONEY!!! He and Roy are going to make each other better. Roy will teach him how to play the NBA game and Bayless will teach Roy how to have a little chip on his shoulder in games.

The two of them will be a VERY good back court tandem. Best in the league soon.

At times, I still get a jolt when I think what an incredible leader Brandon Roy is for this young team. That picture of Roy celebrating with Bayless makes me remember when Roy hit the 3 against PHX to hit 50 points and how Bayless ran out on the court to celebrate with Roy.

It seems as though Roy takes an interest in everyone on the roster. That's a unique trait for a player quickly approaching stardom.

You don't trade Blake... he's a three point assasin! Blake and Bayless are the two!

I've got to say Bayless, Brandon and Batum in a lineup should do milk commercials on why it does a body good! HA HA!

It's possible. Nate has did that with JJ, and we stayed in the cellar while fans screamed about our horrible, sloppy play all year. That would only mean we were showcasing Bayless for a trade as we were with JJ though.

Nate doesn't give away positions without them being earned by consistent play, which means no in this case. Unless KP says showcase him 'cause want to move him.

How can you possibly compare what Nate did with Jack to what's going on with Bayless? We suffered through three years of Jack. He had opportunity after opportunity to show what he could do. He was a starter. Bayless has barely played, he's a rookie, and he's shown some real promise. I don't see how you can equate that to showcasing? Sometimes Maris.... sometimes.....

Because he's a somewhat successful troll -- Maris' ability to stir this place up with a few comments is pretty remarkable.

It's because he's chosen a topic that has divided the board. I haven't seen this community divided on so many subjects as they have been this season. Sergio vs Bayless, Outlaw, Greg Oden... THAT is pretty remarkable.

Maris has simply chosen one of those topics, sergio vs Bayless, and he's applying pressure.

Well I do think Maris might be right in one way. I dont necessarily think it is Sergio that hits the road. That would be Blake.

That's possible ... albeit I don't envy KP having to make that decision.

I'm as giddy about JB's performance as anybody, but he was only 24 hours removed from his 1-11 stinker the night before. I'd like to think last night was his break out game, but something tells me there will be plenty more LONG nights.

I don't have a doubt in my mind that he can play though, and I LOVE it when I read he's the first guy there and the last guy to leave practice. I think the guys got that "it" too . . . brash, confident, big stones.

It was only a matter of time before he calmed down though.
