I'm only 23 so of course I didn't witness that much. Plus I've been in the US for the past 9 years, so from 1985 (when I was born) to 1999 I didn't even follow basketball. (soccer fan)

They really are BM, at this point LeBron (who I really don't like) is playing better than Kobe (who is my favorite player in the league).

 

Gotta love how both fanbases try to act like they support the "good guys" and paint the opposing fanbase as a bunch of douchebags.

Meanwhile every time the two teams face each other, the NBA's other 28 fanbases pray for God to send a meteor at that arena and end all the hype and dipshittery. Fuck the whole lot of you.

I actually was pretty nice to these Laker fans last year but they haven't learned their lesson so I'm upset with them.

 

Celtics fans really are all like senior citizens. I used to say it as a joke, but it seems truer each day.

^ I guess I have to spell it out for you; CelticKing talked about the Celtics having more titles. I said "Yeah, and how many do you actually remember?". Laker fans win that argument every time, since the fan base has actually witnessed titles since Bird. And here's the part I'd write out in crayon for you if I could; the Celtics have been irrelevant for nearly two decades before last year.
