Bynum is a very good player. With his monster stat game, he now has stats similar (maybe just a touch better per 48) than an out-of-shape microfracture recovering Oden: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/stati...g=pg&qual=true&season=2009&seasontype=2&pos=c Truth is, both are good, but neither is consistent yet. Of course, they're both still young.
no doubt, i think he meant per48, but yeah, bynum has been a beast recording blocks. he still kills greg there regardless.
Bynum came off a relatively serious knee injury of his own. But efficiency is clearly in Bynum's favor and has been all season. Right now: Bynum PER: 20.0 Oden PER: 17.6 I definitely look forward to the Rose Garden matchup though, a ton.
Bynum's hitting his stride and reaching a new level. Hopefully Greg gets there too but right now it's Bynum > Oden. I've noticed Bynum's footwork is surprisingly improved too, that bastard. However, I think Greg is a superior rebounder.
Man, it's sad that Oden has never had that many FG attempts per game. Funny what happens when you feed the rock into the post for a high percentage shot. I guess your coach needs to be a legend like The Zen Master to figure that one out.
