I'm pretty sure Sean asks the same questions over and over each week. Quick talking about how the rookies are producing better than expected.
It simply comes down to one factor: Do we go inside to the bigs. If we answer that question with a "yes", then the Blazers chances of winning go up dramatically. If the answer is no, it comes down to how much can Roy do, and do any of the "rest" of the wrecking crew show up to support him.
Golden State has dominated their last three home games. (Phoenix, Utah and NY)averaging 128 pts a game. I would be very surprised if we won.
although..... perhaps GS could be looking ahead to the break and just not really care/not be into it. and yes they are killing teams with their offense... however getting 33 wins is so big for us. nate might have us up for this game they are due for a bad home game with that said
I expect us to play a little better defense than those three teams.. Phoenix and NY don't know what defense is, and Utah stinks on the road. I'd be surprised if it's a really high scoring game.
I don't see a 2nd best team in the west this year. There are the Lakers and a big group of very even teams. In the Playoffs I think any team in the west can beat any team west and it won't be a surprise. I'd be surprised if Portland lost it's first round series myself. I think they have as good a chance of reaching the WCF as any other team in the west.
I HOPE this is correct. He's useless to us, but I have to think that some NBA team could use him as a rotation player... I'd like to get value from him, rather than just bidding him farewell at the end of this year. Ed O.
Quick likes Caron Butler a lot, always liked his game. Sean: Do you think he's an attainable goal? Quick: I don't know.... I haven't given it much thought. Gee, thanks Jason.
Gooooooooooo Toronto! I agree the Spurs are clearly the second-best team in the West. They might be one of the best three or four teams in the NBA. Ed O.
