What address did you get that from? I'm STH and none of my accounts have that email.

Same deal as last year, it looks like. Kind of lame, I think, how it says no autographs. Lots of people like to collect autographs, and settings like that always seem like a good chance to do that. Wonder why that is? Just to get them around quicker, I suppose.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I find players are often perfectly willing to sign autographs even at events where the team has a no-autographs policy.

I remember I went to the Photo Day for the Oakland A's one season (a pre-game event where fans can come down onto the field and take pictures with players and exchange a few words, etc). It was announced a few times that players would not be signing autographs. However, at one point, Tim Hudson (a star pitcher for the A's at the time) was nearby and a small boy near me pushed a ball at Hudson and asked if he could sign it. Hudson took the ball and a pen and, as he was about to sign, one of the event staff who was nearby shook his head and said "We're not doing autographs, Tim." Hudson looked at the staff member and smiled and said, "Oh, really?" as he signed the ball and handed it back to the kid.

I heard from other people that other A's players did the same. I thought it was a really nice thing.

Was a fun time last year, but I was a little dissapointed that they'd only allow one guest per ticket holder. I had to choose between my wife and 2 children and all would have loved to go. It was at a family establishment with games and what not. My wife bailed out and my older daugter went. It will be a memory she'll have for ever as she played guitar hero with G.O. for a song. She's showed that picture off quite proudly to all of her friends. The boys were all impressed :)

Yeah, I had fun as well. I got to ride next to Miles on the motorcycle video game. He was tlaking shit most of the game, but I spun him out and finished in first, so that was pretty cool. All of the guys were pretty nice. Well, Raef was pretty aloof. And Blake and LMA seemed friendly enough, just not as friendly as guys like Travis, Jarret, Martell, and Sergio.
